Early bird registration is valid until 20 December 2015.
Late payments will be subject to a surcharge of EUR 30.

Prices

Regular: The fee for the Colloquium of EUR 320 for Euromech members (plus EUR 24 for non-members) includes the technical programme as well as coffee, snacks, lunches and the Colloquium dinner on Tuesday evening, 23 February 2016.

Student: A reduced fee of EUR 250 (plus EUR 24 for non-members), not including the Colloquium dinner, is offered to Ph.D. students (valid student ID required).

The excursion to the Brenner Base Tunnel is free of charge. However, please note that the excursion is limited to 40 participants (first come, first served). Therefore, please indicate on your registration form, if you would like to participate in the excursion.

Payment details

You may pay the registration fee via bank transfer or credit card. In case of a bank transfer please indicate our reference code P8440-019-025 and your invoice number as the reason for transfer.

Important note with regard to tax numbers

Your accounting department might request an invoice including the tax number of your institution for value added tax purposes. If this is the case, please fill in the tax number field, which is to be found after phone – fax – e-mail – homepage URL).
